Before I started on reception I was a patient. With the wonderful care that I received, I was overjoyed at the chance to join Steve and his team to assist others in receiving the high level of care they deserve. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be working in my own community and with such a friendly and dedicated group of people. I enjoy greeting people as they arrive and love to farewell them as happier, more serene and confident in the knowledge that they are on the road to recovery. Subjects you can chat to me about include, but are not limited to; your pets, your travels, your family, your renovations and my music playlists. I particularly love Christmas music so I must apologise for all those booking in for December appointments. -TRACEY WELLS
