The EXOS bracing system.

The exes bracing system is a modern high tech replacement for a fibreglass cast. It is a thermoplastic cast that our physio’s can mould to fit you perfectly to help heal an acute bone fractures, joint dislocations and ligament tears or sprains.

Advantages of EXOS bracing

Adjustable
Exos uses the exclusive Boa® reel and lace dynamic closure system which allows;

• expansion for initial swelling and to reduce the risk of compartment syndrome.
• Change of tension as the limb changes with things such as muscle atrophy.
• improved comfort.

Customizable
o   Exos braces come in many colours – from plain black, pink, spiderweb or spots - there is a style to suit you.











Light weight

The braces are super light weight and therefore not as much of a burden. Exos braces are typically 25-40% lighter than fibreglass casts.

Easily fitted and removed

The brace is easily fitted and removed. The brace is simply heated up in our oven and moulded to the patients correctly. It is then simply removed as well. This is advantageous to inspect any wounds and skin condition and to also clean the site.
