Back pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints seen in physiotherapy clinics. There is a wide variety of causes of back pain such as disc injury, joint sprains, and muscle strains, which can result in anything from an unpleasant ache to debilitating pain.

Physiotherapists are experts in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of all types of back pain. Our physios will work closely with you, listening to your story, relieving your pain and helping you regain movement and strength through manual therapy and gentle, graded exercise. We are committed to figuring out exactly what is going on and explaining your condition, empowering you to take control of your pain and recovery with understanding and confidence.
